Account information you provide: your name, email, password (stored encrypted), and optional details like your target exam and how you heard about us.

Learning data as you use the platform: lesson progress, quiz and assessment results, notes, and study activity.

Payment information is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.

Usage and device data, including cookies and analytics identifiers, to understand traffic and improve the platform.

To provide the course, track your progress, personalize your experience, and support you.

To process payments and manage subscriptions and enrollments.

To communicate with you about your account, updates, and (where permitted) relevant offers.

To measure and improve our marketing, product, and content.

We use cookies for essential functionality (like keeping you signed in) and for analytics that tell us which pages actually help people prepare.

Analytics (Google Analytics) runs for all visitors. We limit it to first-party measurement: your IP address is anonymized, and Google Signals and ad personalization are both turned off, so it is not used to build an advertising profile of you.

Advertising cookies (the Meta Pixel) are different. They only load after you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can decline. Everything on the site still works if you do.

You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google’s browser add-on, or by using your browser’s tracking protection.

Service providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vimeo (video hosting), Google Analytics (first-party site measurement), and, with your consent, Meta (advertising).

We do not sell your personal information.

For our institution partnerships, we share only aggregate enrollment counts with the organization on the no-cost tier; per-person data is shared only under a licensed agreement.

You can access or update your information in your account, and request deletion of your account and personal data.

You can manage advertising cookie preferences through the banner, and analytics through your browser settings or Google’s opt-out add-on.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
