What people get wrong
Each of these costs a candidate either money or a test date.
- The same PE content test (5091 at 149) covers the 4-8, 6-12 and P-12 bands in Alabama. Only the pedagogy test changes.
- Alabama requires a Principles of Learning and Teaching test for every teaching field, matched to the band: K-6 and P-3 take 5622 at 160, 6-12 takes 5624 at 157, and 4-8 and P-12 candidates choose either.
